Certified Pre-Owned Jones Machinery Program

Do you want a Jones quality machine at a lower cost than new equipment?

When a pre-owned Jones machine is your packaging solution, Jones can help you. This program makes Jones quality available at a lower cost than new equipment. We maintain a list of used Jones equipment that is coming up for sale, so we can bring buyers and sellers together. We can also search out a pre-owned Jones machine, refurbish it and convert it to your needs. To ensure quality, each pre-owned machine must pass a 22-point inspection. Jones wants to be sure you always have options to get the packaging solution you need.

    Outside frame finish inspected
    Guarding appearance
  • Mechanical Function Check
    Replace drive chains excluding transport chain
    Replace worn sprockets and/or idler sprockets
  • Safety Inspection
    Insure guard switches meet current safety standard

    Replace carton feed valve
    Inspect guard switches functional operation

    2-hour dry cycle
